ACROSS SOU'PFN$iN PACIFIC RAILROAD PROPERTY AT ENTRANCE TO KERRVILLE V. A. HOSPITAL
On this the Myth day oP Marsh, 1966, came on to be heard the letter request of the Texas
Righway Department for authority to make certain improvements on a portion oP the Right-oP-Way
of the Southern Pacific Railroad at the entrance to the Kerrville Veterans Administration
Hospital, which portion oS railroad right-of-way has been declared by the railroad to be
subject to a roadway crossing heretofore granted the Commissioners Court of Kerr Covnty, and
it appearing to the Court that the proposed improvements of the Texas Highxay Department are
necessary to provide Sor traffic flow originating on the hospital grounds and that the use
of the existing railroad crossing Por this purpose is in keeping with the purposes for which
~1 the said crossing was originally est abliahed, St is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Coirmmiss ioner Monty end unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby
grants the request oi' the Texas Righway Department to make the proposed improvements on Kerr
