ACROSS SOU'PHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD PROPERTY AT ENTRANCE TO KERRVILLE V. A. HOSPITAL
On this the Myth day of March, 1966, came on to be heard the letter request of the Texas
Righway Department for authority to make certain improvema nts on a portion of the Right-oP-Way
of the Southern Pacific Railroad at the entrance to the Kerrville Veterans Administration
Hospital, which portion of railroad right-of-way has beaa declared by the railroad to ba
sub sect to a roadway crossing heretofore granted the Commisaloners Court o£ Kerr County, and
it appearing to the Court that the proposed improvements of the Texas Highway Department are
necessary to provide for traffic flow originating on the hospital grounds and that the use
of the existing railroad crossing for this purpose is in keeping with the purposes for which

grants the request of the Texas Highway Department to make the proposed improvements on Kerr

TO THE HONORABLE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS:
J. W. PRIOUR, JR, Ingram, Texas in planning to install and operate a television cable
system for the distribution of television and other signals in Ingram, Texas, being desirous
oP serving other areas of Kerr County, Precinct ~l} as St now stands, by the distribution to
such areas of programs televised or broadcast by me ana of sables, translator transmitting
devices, microwave installation or installations and other means preatntly available or which
may hereafter become available by virtue of soiantlfic discovery, makes this, my appllo atlon
for a permit to enter upon, along and across all roads, alleys, public ways and other places
owned or controlled by the County of Kerr, Precinct #4 as it now stands and otherwise to use
the same for the purpose of installing and maintaining all poles, lines, guys, and other
devices necessary or desirable or in the distribution of the signals aforesaid. The said
signals may be distributed 6y some installation or device which is phys is ally present and
visually apparent on or along such public places, or by use of the airspace above such ways
for the dissemination of signals broadcast througri the air.
Applioant's use of the foregoing public ways and places shall in no wise interfere with
