of serving other areas of Kerr County, Precinct ~4 as it now stands, by the distribution to
auah areas of programs televised or broadcast by means of cables, translator transmitting
~~ devices, microwave installation or installations and other means prestntly available or which
may hereafter become available by virtue of scient Sflc discovery, makes this, my applio scion
for s permit to enter upon, along and across all roads, alleys, public ways and other places
owned or controlled by the County of Kerr, Precinct #ly as it now stands and otherwise to use
the same for the purpose of installing and maintaining all poles, lines, guys, and other

signals may be distributed 6y some installation or device which is physically pre ae nt and
