suoh areas of programs televised or broadcast by means of asbles, translator transmitting
~. devices, microwave installation or Snatallat ions and other means prestntly available or which
ail may hereafter become available by virtue of soientific discovery, makes this, my application
~ for a permit to enter upon, along and across all roads, alleys, publio ways and other places
owned or controlled by the County of Kerr, Precinct #1} as St now stands and otherwise to use
