such areas of programs televised or broadcast by me ana of oables, translator transmitting
devices, microwave installation or installations and other means preatntly available or which

owned or controlled by the County of Kerr, Precinct #1{. as it now stands and otherwise to use
the acme for the purpose of installing and maintaining all poles, lines, guys, and other

signals may ba distributed by soma installation or device which is physio ally present and
