On this the 25th day of March 1966, upon motion made bg Commissioner Schwethe lm, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of Charlotte Vaught,
County Clerk be raised to X3,120.00 per annum, effective April 1, 1966.

her land about one half mile north of Camp Scenic on Highway 27 in Precinct No, 4, was appro'

OF A. C. SCHREINER, JR., 7>ECEASED AS TO 1.60 ACRES OUT OF SURVEY 18145, J. F. BIRD
AND 618 B. F, DENTON
On this the 25th day of Marsh, 1966 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the
ter of two tracts of land out of Survey 1845, J, F. Bird and out of Survey 618 B, F, Denton
veyed by A. C. Schreiner, Jr, to Kerr County and to the County Judge of Kerr County and his
tessera in office as evidenced by txo deeds recorded in Vol. 70, Page 306 and Yol. 70, Page
of the Kerr County Deed Records, and it appearing to the Court that the said two tracts of
d aggregating 1.60 acres were conveyed to Kerr County at no cost for use as County Road
ht-of-Way and associated public purposes and it further appearing to the Court that by
veyance dated March 6, 1953 the said A, C, Schreiner, Jr, did convey $.3ll} acres of land
of Survey 1845 to the State of Texas for right-of-way for Farm to Market Road 1273 which
laced the County Roadway for which land has been granted in the year 1943 and that by virtue
the fact that the said 5,314 acres of Right-of-tJay ware conveyed at no cost to Kerr County
