Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the reaignat ion of Raymond Rhodes,
Deputy Sheriff, be accepted, effective Alarch 27, 1966 and that he be granted leave with pay
thru March 31, 1966,

tier of two tracts oP land out of Survey 1845, J, F, Bird and out of Survey 618 B, F. Denton

ucc@asors in office as evidenced by two deeds recorded Sn Vol. 70, Page 306 and Yol. 70, Page
91 of the Kerr County Dead Records, and it appearing to the Court that the said txo tracts of
