DENTON On this the 25th day oŁ Maroh, 1966 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the tter of two tracts of land out oŁ Survey 1845, J. F. Bird and out of Survey 61B B, F. Denton onveyed by A. C, Schreiner, Jr, to Kerr County and to the County Judge of Kerr County and his ucc@asors in office as evidenced by two deeds recorded in Vol. 70, Page 306 and Vol, 70, Page ' 91 of the Kerr County Deed Records, and it appo sting to the Court that the said two tracts of I and aggregating 1.60 acres were conveyed to Ksrr County at no cost for use as County Road fight-of-Way and associated public purposes and it further apps sting to the Court that by ' onveyance dated March 6, 1953 the said A. C. Sckireine r, Jr, did convey $.371+ acres of land ut of Survey 1845 to the State of Texas for right-of-way for Farm to Market Road 1273 which i;v~ eplaced the County Roadway for which land has been granted in the year 1943 and that by virtue ~~~ f the fact that the said 5.314 acres of Right-of-Way were aonveyed at no cost to Kerr County
