land about one half mile north of Camp Scenic on Highway 27 in Yreainct No. 4, was appro~

onveyed by A. C, Schreiner, Jr, to Kerr County and to the County Judge of Kerr County and his

~', 91 of the Kerr County Deed Records, and it appearing to the Court that the said two tracts of

fight-of-Way and associated public purposes and it further appearing to the Court that by
