Denton onveyed by A. C, Schreiner, Jr, to Kerr County and to the County Judge of Kerr County and his i uccgeaors in office as evidenced by two deeds recorded in Vol. 70, Page 306 and Vol. 70, Page ~', 91 of the Kerr County Deed Records, and it appearing to the Court that the said two tracts of i~ and aggregating 1.60 ac rea were conveyed to Kerr County at no cost for use as County Road fight-of-Way and associated public purposes and it further appearing to the Court that by '~ onveyance dated March 6, 19$3 the said A, C.
