claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners' trecincts since the
last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and
Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos, 1, 2_, 3 and 4, General Road & Bridge,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library and F. NI, 1311.0 R/W Funds, as shown in the Minutes
of Accounts Allowed from page 987 thru 990, Voucher Nos. X913 thru 15037 , which were
made a part hereof and of this order,
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Mosty and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 11th day of April 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports oP March of the County and Precinct Cfficers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been hoaru and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted and

On this the 11th day of April 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
.-. Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M, Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March, 1966 and held on deposit in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of X1285,45.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of X358,00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissionar Stona, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court un-
animously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.
