On this the 11th day of April 1966, came on to bo examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and foes collected by Emmie M, Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of rlarch, 1966 and held on deposit in
the County Clark's Trust Fund in the amount of X1285,45.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of X358.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by Corrunissionsr Bartel, the Court un-
animously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk,

to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 2,

County School Trustee, Comrnissionor's Prec. No, 1
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
Volume 5, Page 39, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the Commis-
sinners' Court, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Coiru~rissioner i~.osty and un-
animously approved by the Court.
