H, Larrimore, 1,fi96 acres Survey 15119, GC & SFRR Co, and to further secure for the State of Texas one Channel Easement comprising 0.115 acres out of S. ii, Larrimore Survey 1355; and It appearing to the Court that the offer for land and damages made to the said Eugene T, Standley as is evidenced by Commissioners' Court Order No, 10189 entered on the 17th day of February 1966 and recorded in Vol, M, Yage 3116 of the I4inutes of this Court has been rejected by the said Eugene T, Standley, acting through his attorney Hon. Kerr County offers to pay Eugene T, Standley and wife Elizabeth T, Standley the sum of X2,500.00 compensation for land, damages and severance damages as consideration for their conveyance of the required 5,568 acres of land and granting of the required charmol easement comprising 0,115 acres of land, with payment to be made directly to them by virtue of the fact that Dill Country Federal Savings and Loan Assn,, Inc., as lietiholder has granted a partial release as to its liens against the lands concerned and has by letter waived all claims as to compensation to be paid by Kerr County therefor. 2, In lieu of the 3 proposed entrance gates on the south side of the rift-of-way convey- ed, Kerr County will erect 3 cattle guards and three 12 foot steel gates at the following locations: a, On the existing North Fork County Road at a point immediately west of the point where the present Stowers Ranch Road intorsocts tho said iJorth Fork Road, with this cattle guard to be installed within 30 days of the delivery of the executed right-of-way conveyance. b. In the south right-of-way line of the new roadway across the end of the old county roadway in the proximity of Station 170+90. c.
