(~. Kerr County will undertake to secure the approval of the Texas Parks and L•;ildlife
Commission and eventual legislative authority for the exchange of approximately 2.922 acres
of the Standley property for approximately 2.647 acres of State property so as to eliminate
small severed tracts of land belonging to the said parties, and it is agreed that final
docision as 'to fencing along these severed areas will be deferred pending tYie possible consuma-
tion of such proposed exchange,
5. It is further ordered that the Clerk and 'the Treasurer b© authorized to draw a voucher
on tho F, II, 1340 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of w2,5G0,C0 payable to Eugene T, Standley
and wife, Elizabeth Standley, said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of their properly
executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement,

On this the 12th day of April 1966, upon motion made by Corrunissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of N2, 000.00 from the F/M Lateral
Road Fund to the F/M 1340 R/W Fund.

in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos, 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Officers Sal ary, County Law
Library, F/M 1340 R/W and Jury Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 992
thru 995 , Voucher Nos.15124 thru 15255, which were made apart hereof and of this order.
