of the existing county roadway across the Standley property west of station 221+y0 of the new
roadway,
4. Kerr County will undertake to secure the approval of the Texas Parks and ldildlife
Commission and eventual legislative authority for the exchange of approximately 2.922 acres
of the Standley property for approximately 2.647 acres of State property so as to eliminate
small severed tracts of land belonging to the said parties, and it is agreed that final
decision as to fencing along these severed as'eas will be deferred pending the possible consuma-
tion of such proposed exchange,
5. It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the F, rI, 1340 Hight-of-Way Fund in the amount of w2,5C0.U0 payable to Eugene T, Standley
and wife, Elizabeth Standley, said voucher to be delivered upon receipt of Choir properly
executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement,

Road Fund to the F/iI 1340 R/W Fund,
