of April 1966, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it si:pearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become a
part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since the
filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as there-

expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1966 and ending
April 3G, 1966, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Corrunissioner Bartel, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future roference and subject to

Department of the roads described below and that Kerr County agrees to furnish all required
right-of-way free of cost to the State: From end of F. M, ]toad 131.{.0, 1.0 mile West of i~io-
