Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie NI, i~iuenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1966 and ending
April 3U, 1966, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct,
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Corrunissioner Bartel, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and subject to

Gounty Commissioners' Court accept the provisions contained in Minute Order No. 57619 passed
by the State Highway Commission on N1ay y, 1966, for the improvement by the Texas Highway
Department of the roads described below and that Kerr County agrees to furnish all required
right-of-way free of cost to the State: From end of F, M, Road 1340, 1.O mile West of NIo-
Ranch, 1rlest a distance of approximately 2,7 miles
