On this the 10th day of May 196b, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emrnie T~I, t~tuenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1966 and ending
April 30, 1966, and the same having been compared and examined by the Ccurt and found correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Coirunissioner Bartel, said report
was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future rİference and subject to
audit.

County Commissioners' Court accept the provisions contained in Tlinute Order No. 57619 passed
by the State Highway Commission on May 5, 1966, for the improvement by the Texas Highway
Department of the roads described below and that Kerr County agrees to furnish all required
right-of-way free of cost to the Stato: From end of F', M. Road 131}0, l.0 mile West of Pdo-
~-^ Ranch, West a distance of approximately 2,7 miles
