On this the 13th day of June 1y66, upor. motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, secord-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously a'~~proved that the compensation of Gr:.nd Jury
Bailiffs and Petit, Jury Bailiffs in both criminal and civil cases in all of the Courts of
Kerr County be fixed hereafter at the rate of ;~10.C0 per dray and it is further ordered that
vouchers shall be drawn on the Jury Fund of Kerr County to compensate all Bailiffs in the
same manner as vouchers are drawr. to compensate Jurors serving in the Court in which sucri
Bailiffs may have served.

On this the 13th day of June 1y66, came or_ to be heard and considered by the Court the
re:yuest for financial assistance for the purpose of defraying incidental expenses relative
to the operation and maintenance of Battery B, StY: Battalion, 133rd Artillery, a Texas
National Guard Unit with headquarters situated in Kerr County snd it appearing to the Court
"~ that such assistance is urgently needed and is authorized by Art 5786, Sec. 2, Vernons
Annotated Texas Civil Statutes, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County provide the sum
of X520.00 per month, effective June 1, 1y66 for t're assistance of the aforesaid National
Guard Unit, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer draw vouchers each
month on the General Fund in the amount of x20.00 for this purpose.
