On this the 13th day of June 1y66, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of Charlie Lee, Chief
Deputy S'r.eriff, be fixed at :;4260.00 per annum and that the salaries of Jack Colbath, Deputy
Sheriff and Frarr; Felts, Deputy Sheriff, be fixed at 54200.00 per annum, effective as of
June 1, 1'66, payable out of the Officers Salary Fund.

PTO. 10248 COT~IMISSIONERS' COURT TO MEET AS BOARD OF E~lUALIZATION JULY 8, 1966
On this the 13th day of June 1966 came on to be heard snd considered by the Court the
matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Equalization, and it appearing to
the Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Commissioners'
Court convene on Friday, July 8, 1966, comr;,encing at 9:00 o'clock A.PI. and meeting until
12:00 o'clock noon and that proper notices be published and also notices be mailed to those
property owners whose valuations the Court proposes to change.
