On this the 13th day of June 1966, upon motion made by Comrr~issioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the salary of Charlie Lee, Chief
Deputy Sheriff, be fixed at -54260.00 per annum and that the salaries of Jack Colbath, Deputy
Sheriff and Franic Felts, Deputy Sheriff, be fixed at .~4200.G0 per annum, effective as of
June 1, 1966, payable out of the Officers Salary Fund.

TAO. 10248 COt+IMISSIONERS' COURT TO MEET AS BOARD OF E~lUALIZA`1'ION JULY 8, 1966
On this the 13th day of June 1966 came on to be hesrd and considered by the Court the
matter of the Commissioners' Court sitting as a Board of Enualization, and it appearing to
the Court that the same is a necessity; therefore on motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Commissioners'
Court convene on Friday, July 8, 1966, commencing at g:00 o'clock A.P. and meeting until
12:00 o'clock noon and that proper notices be published and also notices be mailed to those
property owners whose valuations the Court proposes to change.
