the last term oĢ Court, which elaima and aoeouate were approved for payment by the Clerk
end Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 3,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, Permanent Improvement and F/M 1340 R/W
Funds, ae shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1009 thru 1012. Voucher Nos.
15589 thru 15737 , which were made a part hereof end of this order.

approved by the Court,

N0. 10250 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINOT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 11th day of July 1966, name on to be examined by the Court the vari ova
reports of June oP the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true end correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by
Commiseioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk Por future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 11th day of July 1966, Dame on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persona, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June, 1966 and held on deposit 1a
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $959.25.
