On this the 11th day oŁ July 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commiasionera' Preaineta since
the last term of Court, which claims and aocounte were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 3,
General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, Jury, Permanent Improvement and F/M 1340 R/W
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Acaounta Allowed frog page 1009 than 1012 , Voucher Aoe.
15589 thru 15737 , whioh were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10250 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERB COUNTY APPROVED
On thin the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of June of the County and Precinot Offioera of Kerr County, Teaae and the same ~'~,
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true end correct
and should be approved, therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Sahwethelm, aeoonded by
Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be acoepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging i:o
offioera, witnesses and other persona, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June, 1966 end held on depoaii; in
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $959.25.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Jud gmenta receivelt and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $1689.80.
It eppearing to the Court that said reports ere in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted to De filed with the County Clerk.
