On this the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be eaamined by the Court the various
clalme and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commieaionera' Preoinete since
the last term of Court, which claims and aoeouate were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts end out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 end 4, Lateral Road 3,
General, Offlcere Salary, County Law Library, Jury, Permanent Improvement and F/M 1340 R/W
Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Acoounte Allowed Yrom page 1009 thru 1012 , Voucher Noe.
15589 thru 15737 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, aeoonflefl by COmmiaeioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

On this the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the variou.e
reports of June of the County and Preoinet OYficers of Kerr County, Teaaa and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and ee~rrect
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Sahwethelm, seconded by
Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be acoepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference sad subject to audit.

N0. 10251 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be ezamined by the Court the Quartfarly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
offioera, witnesses and other persona, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the perlod ending the 30th day of June, 1966 and held on deposit is
the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $959.25.
Also Vuarterly BeQOrt of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Feee, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk o£ said Court, in the amount of $1689.80.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted to be filed with the County Clerk.
