On thin the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be ezamined by the Court the semi-annual ^
report of all receipts and diabureeme nta of the County Clerk Tru et Fund in the Chas. Schrein
Bank, Kerrville, Texa e, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her henda for
the period from January 1, 1966, leaving a balance of $959.25 on deposit in said TRUST FUND,
for the period ending June 30, 1966.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; there
Yore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimousl
approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10253 REDUCTION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF GEORGIA STEVENS
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconds
by Commissioner Moety, the Court unanlmously approved that the monthly allowance for Georgia
Stevens be reduced to $49.35, ef£e ctive as of Augu at 1, 1966.

N0. 10254 REDUCTION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF JAMES E. FULLER
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commie eioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for
James E. Fuller be reduced to $26.50, effective August 1, 1966.

N0. 10255 TRAR SFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND

' Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General Fund
' to the Officers Salary Fund.

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $5,000.00 out of the General
Hoad and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
