On thin the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts and diaburaements of the County Clerk Tru et Fund 1n the Chae. Schrein
Bank, %errville, Texas, of collections and deposits end diaburaements by her in her offleial
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for
the period from January 1, 1966, leaving a balance of 5959.25 on deposit in said TRUST FUND,
Łor the period ending June 30, 1966.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; there
Pore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimousl
approved said report as submitted, to be Filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10253 REDUCTION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF GEORGIA STEVEP5
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconds
by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for Georgia
Stevens be reduced to 549.35, effective as oŁ August 1, 1966.

On this the 11th day oŁ July 1966, upon motion made by Commix eioner Schwethelm, second-

James E. Fuller be reduced to 526.50, effective August 1, 1966.

Treaeurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of 55,000.00 From the General Fund
to the Officers Salary Fund.
