report of ell recelpte and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Ches. Schrein
Hank, Kerrville, Tesae, of collections and depoaita end disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to oŁficere end persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for
the period from January 1, 1966, leaving a balance of $959.25 on deposlt in said TRUST FUND,
for the period ending June 30, 1966.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; there
Pore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimoual
approved said report ae submitted, to be filed wlth the County Clerk.

N0. 10253 REDUCTION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF GEO$GIA STEVENS
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner 5chwethelm, aeconde
by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for Georgia
Stevens be reduced to 549.35, efŁe etive as of August 1, 1966.

Treasurer be, and ere hereby directed to transfer the sum of 15,000.00 from the General Fund
to the Officers Salary Fund.
