On this the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be eaamined by the Court the semi-annual
report of all receipts end dieburaementa of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Ches. Schrein
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, oP collections and deposi to and dieburaementa by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for
the period from January 1, 1966, leaving a balance oY $959.25 on deposit in said TRUST FUND,
for the period ending June 30, 1966.
It appearing to the Court that said report ie in due form and should be approved; there
fore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimousl
approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10253 REDUCTION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF GEORGIA STEVEN5
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner SChwethelm, seconds
by Commissioner Moety, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for Georgia
Stevens be reduced to $49.35, effective as of August 1, 1966.

N0. 10254 REDUCTION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF JAMES E. FULLER
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for
James E. Fuller be reduced to 126.50, effective Augu et 1, 1966.

N0. 10255 TRANSFER OF $5,000:00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treaeurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of 15,000.00 from the General Fund
to the Officers Salary Fund.
