On thin the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be ezamined by the Court the semi-annual ^
report of all reoeipte and diabur cements of the County Clerk Tru et Fund in the Chae. Schrein
Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections end deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to o£ficera and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining 1n her hands for
the period £rom January 1, 1966, leaving a balance of $959.25 on deposit in said TRUST FUND,
for the period ending June 30, 1966.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; there
fore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimousl
approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10253 REDUCTION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF GEORGIA STEYENS
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconds
by Commissioner Moety, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for Georgla
Stevens be reduced to 849.35, effective as of August 1, 1966.

James E. Fuller be reduced to $26.50, effective August 1, 1966.

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General Fund
to the Officers Salary Fund.

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $5,000.00 out of the General
Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
