N0. 10252 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 11th day of July 1966, came on to be eaamined by the Court the semi-annual ~ ~~
report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Tru at Fund in the Chae. Schrein
Bank, Kerrville, Texa e, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official
capacity, to officers and persons entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands £or
the period from January 1, 1966, leaving a balance of $959.25 on deposit in said TRUST FUND,
for the period ending June 30, 1966.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved; there
fore, on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commisaioner Bartel, the Court unanimousl
approved said report as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10253 REDUCTION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF GEORGIA STEVENS
On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconds
by Commissioner Moety, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for Georgia
Stevens be reduced to $49.35, effective as of August 1, 1966.

On this the 11th day of July 1966, upon motion made by Commis eioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance for
James E. Fuller be reduced to :26.50, effective August 1, 1966.
