employed ae County Home Demonat ration Agent of Kerr County and that her Bala ry be set at
$1500.00 per annum, with travel allowance of $7y 0.00 per annum, payable monthly out of the
General Fund, effective as of September 1, 1966.

On this the 2nd day of August 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of
Virgil D. Houston as Deputy Sheriff and Ingram Nightwatchman be ratified and confirmed,
effective as of July 31, 1966.

On this the 2nd day of August 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner atone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the applioetion of Laon F.
Morgan
Maples, Sheriff, to deputize Walter Wallaoq~ae Deputy Sheriff and Ingram Nightwatchman,
(-' at a salary of $100.00 per month, plus $30.00 per moTtth car allowance. Said deputation
ratified and confirmed effective as o£ August 1, 1966.

On this the 2nd day of August 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded

On this the 2nd day of August 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanlmouely approved that the County Clerk sad
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the F/M
Lateral Road Fund to the F/M 689 #2 R/W Fund.

ed to draw a voucher in the amount of $671.50, payable to George McKinnery, payable out o£
