will be surplue funds in the amount of $20,864.12 credited to the lateral road account of
Kerr County by the Board oŁ County and Dietri et Road Indebtedness oŁ the State of Texas and
it appearing to the Court that funds should properly be expended for the purpose oŁ construc
Lion and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordered on motlon by Commis-~.
sioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County request the Board of County and Dietri of Road Indebtedness to forward the said
Łunda to the Treasurer of Kerr County upon their becoming available; and it is further order
ed that all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by
Kerr County for the purpose of construction and improvement of Kerr Ccunty Lateral Roads,
and the Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit such Łunda upon their receipt in the
proper fund in the County Depository and it is further ordered that the County Clerk prepare
a ce rtiŁied copy of this order and forward the same to the Board oŁ County and District Road

by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance of
men Garcia be terminated, due to change oŁ circumstances, effective as oŁ August 1, 1966.

Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publication, with notice thereof to be publish-
ed in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr
County will submit for ooneideration of the publio, a Budget for the Control of the County
Financial AŁfaire during the fiscal year, January let, 1967 to December 31, 1967, the same
to be at a public hearing to be held Augu et 26, 1966, at 9:00 o'clock' A.M. in the Kerr

-Collector, at a salary of Y240.00 per month, effeot ive August 1, 1966, payable out of
