ACCOUNT WITH BOARD OF COUNTY AND DISTRICT RQAD INDEBTEDNESS
On this the 8th day of August 1966, it coming to the attention of the Court that there
will be surplue Sonde in the amount oŁ :20,864.12 credited to the lateral road account of
Kerr County by the Board of County and Dietri et Road Indebtedness of the State of Texas and
it appearing to the Court that Sunda should properly be expended for the purpose of construc•
Lion and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County request the Board of County and Dietri of Road Indebtedness to Yorward the said
funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County upon their becoming available; and it 1e further order
ed that all such funds era here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by
Kerr County Yor the purpose of construction and improvement of Kerr County Lateral Roads,
end the Treasurer oŁ Kerr County be directed to deposit such funds upon their receipt in the
proper fund in the County Depository and it is Further ordered that the County Clerk prepare
e certified copy of this order and forward the same to the Board of County and District Hoad

On this the 8th day of August 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimouslyy approved that the monthly allowance of Mre. Erie
J. Marbly be terminated, dos to death, effective as of July 1, 19b6.

_ On this the 8th day of August 1966, after motion having been duly made by Commissioner
Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County
Clerk be hereby directed to issue notice by publioetion, with notice thereof to be publish-
ed in the official newspaper of Kerr County one time, that the Commiasionere' Court of Kerr
County will submit for ooneideretion of the public, a Budget for the Control of the County
Financial Affairs during the fiscal year, January 1st, 1967 to December 31, 1967, the same
to be at a public hearing to be held Augu et 26, 1966, at 9:00 o'clock A.M. in the Kerr
County Commiaeioners' Court Room of the Courthouse in Kerrville, Tezae.
