i On this the 8th day oY August 1966, it coming to the attention oŁ the Court that there
will be surplus funds in the amount of $20,864.12 credited to the lateral road account oY '~
Kerr County by the Board of County and Dietri et Road Indebtedness oŁ the State of Texas and
it appearing to the Court that funds should properly be expended for the purpose oŁ conetruc•
Lion and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it ie ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County request the Board of County and Dietri ct Road Indebtedness to forward the said
funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County upon their becoming available; end it ie further order
ed that all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by
Kerr County for the purpose of construction and improvement oŁ Kerr County Lateral Road e,
and the Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit such Łunda upon their receipt in the
proper fund 1n the County Depository and it Ss Yurther ordered that the County Clerk prepare
a certified copy of this order and forward the same to the Board of County and District Road
Indebtedness, 217 Highway Building, Austin, Texas.

On this the 8th day of August 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance of Mre. Erie
J. Mar61y be terminated, due to death, effect dve as of July 1, 1966.

Carmen Garcia be terminated, due to ohange of circumstances, effective as of August 1, 1966.

County will submit for consideration of the public, a Buflget for the Control of the County
Financial Affairs during the fiscal year, January 1st, 1967 to December 31, 1967, the same
