N0. 10267 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPLICATION P'OR KERB COUNTY LATERAL ROAD SURPLUS FUNDS IN ~
ACCOUNT WITH BOARD OF COUNTY AND DISTRICT HOAD INDEBTEDNESS
On this the 8th day of August 1966, it coming to the attention o£ the Court that there
will be surplus funds in the amount of 920,864.12 credited to the lateral road account of
Kerr County by the Board of County and Dietri et Road Indebtedness of the State o£ Texas and
it appearing to the Court that Funds should properly be expended for the purpose of conatruc•
tion and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commis-
sioner 9chwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and une nimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County request the Board of County and Distriat Road Indebtedness to Forward the said
funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County upon their becoming available; and it is Further order
ed that all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by
Kerr County For the purpose of conat ruction and improvement o£ Kerr County Lateral Ronde,
and the Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit such Funds upon their receipt in the
proper fund in the County Depository and it is further ordered that the County Clerk prepare
a cart i£ied copy o£ this order and forward the same to the Board o£ County and District Road
Indebtedness, 217 Highway Building, Austin, Texas.

On thin the 8th day of August 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowanoe of Mre. Erie
J. Marbly be terminated, due to death, e£f act ive as o£ July 1, 1966.

Clerk be hereby directed to issue notlce by publication, with notice thereof to be publiah-
ed in the official newspaper o£ Kerr County one time, that the Commissioners' Court of Kerr
County will submit for aoasideration of the publln, a Budget for the Control of the County
Financial Affairs during the fiscal year, January lat, 1967 to December 31, 1967, the same
to be at a public hearing to be held August 26, 1966, at 900 o'clock A.M. in the Kerr
County Commissioners' Court Room of the Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.
