N0. 10267 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPLICATION F'OR KERR COUNTY LATERAL ROAD SURPLUS FUNDS IR
ACCOUNT WITH BOARD OF COUNTY AND DISTRICT ROAD INDEBTEDNESS
On this the 8th day of August 1966, it coming to the attention of the Court that there
will be surplue funds in the amount of 820,864.12 credited to the lateral road account o£
Kerr County by the Board oP County and District Road Indebtedness of the State of Texas and
it appearing to the Court that funds should properly be expended for the purpose o£ construc-
tion end improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordered oa motion by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that
Kerr County request the Hoard of County and Diatri ct Road Indebtedness to forward the said
funds to the Treasurer a£ Kerr County upon their becoming available; end it is further order
ed that all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and designated to be used by
Kerr County for the purpose of construction and improvement of Kerr Ca unty Lateral Roads,
and the Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit such funds upon their receipt in the
proper fund 1n the County Depository and it is further ordered that the County Clerk prepare
a certified copy of this order and forward the same to the Board of County and District Road
Indebtedness, 217 Highway Building, Austin, Texas.

J. Marbly be terminated, due to death, effect ive es of July 1, 1966.

entitled to said Deputy and that the application should ba approved; therefore on motion

that said officer be authorized to deputize Frances Lindholm as full time Deputy Tex Assess
-Collector, at a salary of 8240.00 per month, effective August 1, 1966, payable out of
Officers Salary Fund.

On this the 8th day of August 1966, came on to be conaidered by the Court the applica
tion of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize
Paula Tracy as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, and it appearing to the Court that said
o£f icer ie entitled to said Deputy and that the application should be approved; therefore
on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court un-
animously approved that said offlcer be authorized to deputize Paula Tracy as Deputy Tax
Assessor-Collector, at a salary of $225.00 per month, effective as o£ August 1, 1966,
payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

Court of Kerr County, Texas, Edwards Plateau Hunting, Fishing, and Trapping Proclamation Ao '
A-19, 1966-67, leeued and adopted by the Parka and Wildlife Commission of the State of
Teaas on the 19th day of July 1966, and it being found and determined by the Court that (1)
this is the first regular meeting o£ such Court occurring more than five (5) days after the
meeting of the Parke end Wildlife Commission at which such Proclamation was adopted; (2)
prior hereto, on the 6th day of June 1966, a public hearing was held in Kerr County by an
employee of the Parks and Wildlife Commission relative to proposed Proclamation No. A-19,
1966-67, and (3) notice of such public hearing was given in a newspaper published in Kerr
County at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such hearing, end after a reading of the
terms of the said proclamation all interested pa rtiee having been given an opportunity to
be heard thereon, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commis-
sioner Bartel, with Commiesionere Schwethelm and Bartel and Judge N'eunhofEer voting "AYE", j
and Commissioner 3t one abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a majority vote, tha

EDWARDS PLATEAU HUNTING, FISHING, AND TRAPPING PROCLAMATION N0. A-19, 1966-67
PART I
1.01 Application.
This proclamation applies to all species of fish, game animals, game birds, and
fur-bearing animals in the Edwards Plateau Regulatory District which for these purposes
shall consist o£ the following counties: Handers, Blanco, Burnet, Crockett, Edwards,
Gillespie, Bays, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, McCulloch, Menard, Real, Schleicher, Sutton,
Travis, and Val Yerde Counties. This proclamation also applies to deer in San Saba County,

This proclamation is issued pursuant to the statutes noted under Article 978j,
