received at the aforesaid public auction, shall be and he ie hereby authorized and empowered
to execute and deliver to	such purchaser for and in	behalf	of Kerr County a good and		
auff icient deed conveying	to said purchaser all the	right,	title, inters et and set ate of

COURT RECONVENED August 9, 1966 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., with ell members present, and
the Court having duly opened, the Following orders were passed:
N0. 10279 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 9th day of August 1966, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mre. E. M. MoDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day oY May 1966 and ending on the 31 et day
oŁ July 1966, and the same having been examined and oompared by the Court and found correct,
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds ae reflected in the report and beoome
a part thereof; and that said accounts reoe ived and paid out oP the reapeotive funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are Found correct
as therein shown.
IT I9 THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same ie
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and triat proper credits be made in the
