COURT RECONVENED Augu et 9, 1966 at 10:00 o'olock A.M., with ell members present, and
the Court having duly opened, the following orders were passed:
N0. 10279 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASUREB
On this the 9th day of August 1966, in Regular Monthly Session of Commissioners' Court,
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mra. E. M. MoDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, far the period beginning on the let day of May 1966 and ending on the 31st day
of July 1966, and the same having been examined end compared by the Court and Pound correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treaeu rer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts reoeived and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct
as therein shown.
IT I9 THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record
binder provided Yor the Minutes of Covnty Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County TTeaaurer in accordance with this order.

CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EKPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 9th day of August 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning May 1, 1966 and ending
July 31, 1966, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correo

was unanimously approved by the Court and ordered filed for future reference and aubfect to
