COURT RECONVENED August 9, 1966 at 10:00 o'alock A.M., with all members present, and
the Court having duly opened, the following orders were passed:
N0. 10279 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 9th day of Augu et 1966, in Regular Monthly Session o£ Commissioners' Court
came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. MoDonald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the let day of May 1966 and ending on the 31 et day
of July 1966, and the same having been examined and oompared by the Court and found correct
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit end paid out of each of said funds ae refloated in the report and become
a part thereof; and that said accounts reoe iv ed and paid out of the respective funds, since
the Piling of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found corre of
as therein shown. ~
IT I9 THEREFORE ORDERED by the Court that the said detailed report be, end the same is
hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to £ile same in the record
binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made in the
accounts of said County Treasurer in accordance with this order.
