ROAD 689 AT CAMP VERDE On this the 18th day of August, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter oŁ acquisition for right-oŁ-way purposes for F. M. Hood 689 at Camp Yerde a certain 4 acre tract of land out of Survey 101, J. E. Bettner owned by E. H. Arntffield and wife, Emogene Arntffield, which tract of land is described in Vol. 123, Page 548. Kerr County Deed Records, And it appearing to the Court that substantially all of the said 4 acre tract will be required by Kerr County to provide right-oŁ-way to the State oŁ Texas for the relocation oŁ F. M. Hood 689. and that the best interests of all concerned would be served by the acquisi- tion by Kerr County of the entire 4 acre tract of land at this time, it fie ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said E. H. Arntf field and wife, Emogene ArntŁie ld, together with the Ches. Schreiner Bank as Lienholder the sum of 35,000.00 consideration for the conveyance to Kerr County by the said E. H. and Emogene Arntffield of the aforementioned 4 acre tract, and for the further consideration that the said Chas. Schreiner Bank execute a release as to the Yendor's Lien now held and further secured by that certain Deed of Trust as is oŁ record in Vol. 88, Page 275 0Ł the Kerr County Deed oŁ Trust Recorded provided, however, that title to all existing improvements on the lends conveyed shall be retained by the ea id E. H. and Emogene Arntffield, provided the same be removed from the premises by November 15, 1966, and that said Grantees may, at their election, continue to occupy the said premises until such date, and it is further ordered that upon the delivery of a Warrant Deed executed by the said E. H. and Emogene Arntffield to Kerr County, Texas, and upon the concurrence oŁ the said Chas. Schreiner Bank herein, the Clerk and the Treasurer be out horiz ed to draw a voucher on the F.
