ROAD 689 AT CAMP VERDE On this the 18th day of Augu at, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquisition for right-of-way purpo see for F. M. Road 689 at Camp Verde a certain 4 acre tract of land out of Survey 101, J. E. Bettner owned by E. H. Arntfield and wife, Emogene Arntfield, which tract of land is described in Vol. 123, Page 548, Kerr County Deed Records, And it appearing to the Court that substantially ell oĢ the said 4 acre tract will be required by Kerr County to provide right-oĢ-way to the State of Texas for the relocation of F. M. Boad 689, and that the best interests of all nonce reed would be served by the acqui~i- tion by Kerr County of the entire 4 acre tract of land at this time, it ie ordered on motion by Commissioner Mosty, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said E. H. Arntfield and wife, Emogene Arntfield, together with the Chas. Schreiner Bank as Lienholder the sum oY 35,000.00 consideration for the conveyance to Kerr County by the said E. H. and Emogene Arntfield of the aforementioned 4 acre tract, and far the further consideration that the said Chas. Schreiner Bank execute a release as to the Vendor's Lien now held and further secured by that certain Deed of Trust as is of record in Vol. 88, Page 275 0Ģ the Kerr County Deed of Trust Records; provided, however, that title to ell existing improvements on the lands conveyed shall be retained by the ea id E. It appearing to the Court that proper notlcĒs,heve been published in the official newepa per of Kerr County in the City of Kerrville, Texas for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and after thorough examination by the Court and the co naideration of the public interest of the Community, the Court is oĢ the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
