On this the 26th day of August 1966, came on to be considered by the Court the public

hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1967. It appearing
to the Court that proper noticos~have been published in the officlal newspaper of Kerr
County in the City of Kerrville, Texas Yor one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the co neideration of the public interest of the
Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
Pherefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1967.
