', materials along the lines of the right-oŁ-way conveyed, except immediately in front of the
II residence located on the remaining lands, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 R.O.W. Fund in the amount of
$1750.00, payable to Berta Lee McShan, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt oŁ her
duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement.

seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the
Road and Bridge Fund to the F. M. 783 R/W Fund.
