Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to'
pay the said Berta Lee McShen the sum oŁ Seventeen Bundred Fifty & No/100 Dollars (81750.00IIN~ 1,^
as compensation for land and damages for her conveyance to the State of Tezas oŁ 1.435
acres of land out of Surveys 548 and 1862 and the granting of one channel easement compris-
ing 0.066 ~ecree and in addition to the foregoing compensation, Kerr County will, prior to
conat ructlon of the new ro edway, construct a standard type livestock fence out of new
materials along the lines of the right-of-way conveyed, except immediately in front of the
residence located on the remaining lands, and it ie further ordered that the Clerk and the
Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 R.O.W. Fund in the amount of
$1750.00, payable to Berta Lee McShan, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of her
duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Channel Easement.

seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
Cuunty Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the
Road and Bridge Fund to the F. M. 783 R/W Fund.

Walter W. Plorgan,as Ingram Night-watchman, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of
September 1, 1966.
