On this the 12th day oY September 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the

On this the 12th day o£ September 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, it waa unanimously approved by the Court that upon receipt
of $20,864.12 into the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County Treasurer
are hereby directed to make the following transf ere:

On this the 12th day of September 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconds
by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the County 3udge be authorized to
advertise for bids for following fencing materials for F. M. 1340 R/W:
