It is therefore ordered and the Tax Assessor of Kerr County is herewith instructed to employ the fallowing minimum values in taking renditione~for 1967 ad valorem taxes, it being the intent of the Court that the following values shall be a binding minimum, but shall not be construed as in any way constituting a maximum value, provided however, that the minimum valuations of ra neh, grazing and cultivated lands shall be subject to ad~uatment on the basis of market value or income. Meek, for th Conveyance of land required for the relocation of F. M. Road 783; and after due considera- tion by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commis- sioner Mosty, and unaniniou sly approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Rosa Lea Meek and Cs rl D.~Meek the sum of $280.80 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.702 acres of land out of Survey 1862. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said B. D. Powell the sum of $100.00 as compensation for land and damages for h1a conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.124 acres of land out of Survey 1862 and the granting of one channel easement comprising 0.246 acres. And it ie further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $100.00 payable to B. D.
