ROA~ 783 On this the 12th day o£ September, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Roea Lea Meek and husband, Carl -. Meek, for t conveyance of land required for the relocation of F. M. Road 783; and after due con~idera- tion by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schw ethelm, seconded by Commis- sioner Mosty, and unan iniou sly approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Rosa lea Meek and Carl D.~Meek the sum of $280.80 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State o£ Texas of 0.702 acres of land out of Survey 1862. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to drew a voucher on the F. POYH•;LL FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 783 On this the 12th day of September, 1966 came on to be considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered B. D. Powell for the conveyance o£ land and granting of a channel easement required for the reconstruction of F. I4. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by ~~ Commissioner Stone, and unanimously approved by the Ccurt that Kerr County hereby off er8 to pay the said B. D. Powell the sum of $100.00 as compensation for land and damages for hie conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.124 acres o£ land out of Survey 1862 and the granting of one channel easement comprising 0.246 acres. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher u on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of 1100.00 payable to B. D.
