ROA 783 On this the 12th day of September, 1966, came on to be heard and oonsidered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Rosa Lea Meek and husband, Carl D. Meek, for tb conveyance of land required for the relocation of F. M. Road 783; and after due considera- tion by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commis- sioner Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said Rosa Lea Meek and Carl D.~Meek the sum of $280.80 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State oĢ Texas oĢ 0.702 acres of land out of Survey 1862. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to drew a voucher on the F. POWELL FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 783 On this the 12th day of September, 1966 came on to be considered by the Court the matter of compensation Lo be offered B. D. Powell for the conveyance of land and granting of a channel easement required for the recon et ruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by Lhe Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, end unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay the said B. D. Powell the sum of $100.00 as compensation for lend and damages for his conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.124 acres of land out oĢ Survey 1862 and the granting of one channel easement comprising 0.246 acres. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $100.00 payable to B. D.
