and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 10305 APPROVAL OF CLAIM OF D. H. LANDEGREBE
On this the 23rd day of September 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the claim of D. H. Landgrebe
in the amount of $251.68 for 1144 ft. of pipe ~~ 22¢ per ft. and the Clerk and Treasurer
are hereby authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $251.68, payable to D. H. Landgrebe,
payable out of Road and Bridge No. 1 Fund.

N0. 10306 OFFER TU RICHARD GRUNA AND WIFE, PAT GRONA, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 783
On this the 23rd day of September, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by tre
... Court the matter of compensation to be offered Richard Grona and wife, Pat Grona, for the
conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due
consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby
offers to pay Richard Grona and wife, Pat Grona, the sum of $47.20 as compensation for land
and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.037 acres of land out of Survey
1862, it being agreed that the sum of $47.20 shall be paid to the `Pax Collector of Kerr
County in satisfaction of delinquent State and County Taxes owing against the tract of land
out of which the right-of-way is to be conveyed;
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $47.20 payable to Juanita Reeves,
Tax Collector of Kerr County, upon delivery of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and
Partial Release of Vendor's Lien and Deed of Trust by the holder of the existing lien
against the lands conveyed.

N0. 10307 OFFER TO SYLVIA REFS McBRYDE AND HUSBAND, R. CLAY McBRYDE, FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY
FOR F. M. ROAD 783
On this the 23rd day of September, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of compensation to be paid Sylvia Rees McBryde and husband R. Clay McBryde,
for the conveyance of land required for the relocation of F. M. Road 783; and after due
consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby
offers to pay the said Sylvia Rees McBryde and husband, R. Clay McBryde, the sum of $300.40
as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.751
acres of land out of Survey 1862.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the F. P4. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $300.40 payable to Sylvia Rees McBryde,
the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.
