~J~ N0. 10311 APPROVAL OF CIVIL DEFENSE EMERGENCY OPERATIODTS PLAN FOR KERRVILLE AND KERR COUNTY CIVIL DEFENSE AND DISASTER RELIEF On this the 30th day of September 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Civil Defense Emergency Operations Plan for Kerrville and Kerr County Civil Defense and Disaster Relief be approved, subject to approval by the City of Kerrville, and that upon final approval a copy be filed in the papers of this Court, o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o PdO. 10312 LEASE OF DUGOSH AIRCRAFT SERVICE COMPANY, INC., REJECTED On this the 30th day of September 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second- ed by Commissioner Mosty, with Commissioners Mosty, Bartel and Stone voting "AYE" and Commissioner Schwethelm voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote,that the lease of Dugosh Aircraft Service Company, Inc., as to 3.35 acres of airport land be rejected due to the unacceptability of the following purpose clause in the lease: 4. Purpose of Lease. This property herein leased shall be used by Dugosh Aircraft Service Company, Inc., or its ~- assigns, only for any and all lawful purposes not legally inconsistent with any outstanding leases heretofore granted on airport property by the lessors, excluding herefrom the right to engage in the sale of gasoline and oil used for aircraft fuel. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10313 OFFER TO WILLIAM M. FLENNIKEN AND WISE, RUBY FLENNIKEN FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD 783 On this the 30th day of September, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid William M. Flenniken and wife, Ruby Flenniken, for the conveyance of land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783, and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay William M. Flenniken and wife, Ruby Flenniken, the sum of $229.50 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.459 acres oŁ land out of Survey 627, and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, erect a standard type livestock fence out of new materials, including 39 inch net wire plus one smooth cable wire, along the west line of the right-of-way conveyed; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount of $229.50 payable to William M. and Ruby Flenniken, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed and Partial Release of the outstanding lien and Deed of Trust in favor of Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc., the said lienholder having waived all claims as to the compensation herein offered. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 10314 OFFER TO W. ROAD 783 On this the 30th day of September, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be offered W. G. Powell and wife, Louise Powell, ~-- together with Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc., as lienholder for the conveyance of land required for the relocation of F. M. Road 783; and after due con- sideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commis- sinner Plosty and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay 394 W. G. Powell and wife, Louise Powell, together with Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc., as lienholder, the sum of $1,500.00 as compensation for land and damages r-, for their conveyance to the State of Texas of 1.022 acres of land out of Surveys 598 and 1862, and in addition to the foregoing cash consideration, Kerr County will, prior to the construction of the new roadway, erect a standard type livestock fence out of new materials along the right-of-way conveyed and provide a 12 foot metal entrance gate on the east right- of-way line of the new roadway, and Kerr County will also lay a one-inch plastic water line from the existing water supply system to a point across the new roadway. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. M. 783 ROW Fund in the amount oŁ $1,500.00 payable to W. G. RUAD 783 Un this the 30th day of September, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compensation to be paid Gladys Eleanor Daniel, individually and as surviving widow of Glen W. Daniel, deceased, together with Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc., as lienholder, for the conveyance of land required for reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the Court, it is ordered on motion by Couunis- sioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Gladys Eleanor Daniel, individually and as surviving widow of Glen W. Daniel, Deceased, the sum of $750.00 as compensation for land and damages for her conveyance to the State of Texas of 0.420 acres of land out of Surveys 548 and 1862, together with her granting of twc channel easements aggregating 0.263 acres out of the same surveys; and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to construction of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence on the east line of the right-of-way conveyed, the said fence to include 39 inch net wire topped by one barb or smooth cable wire; and It is further agreed that in constructing said fence, Kerr County will remove only the minimum amount of brush along the east side of the new fence that is necessary to permit fence construction; and It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F.
