day of October 1966 at 10:00 o'clocx A.M., in the City of Kerrville, a Regular Term of the
Commissioners' Court, with the following members present:

NO. 10316 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of October 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners'Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 2,
Lateral Road 4, General, Officers Salary, County Law Library, General Road and Bridge, Jury,
F. M. 689 ~2 R/W, F. M. 1340 and Special Airport Maintenance Funds, as shown in the Minutes
Voucher Nos. 16277 thru 16398 , which.
of Accounts Allowed from page 1026 thru 1029 ,
were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 10317 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED	
On this the 10th day of October 1966, came on to be examined by the Court	the	various
reports of September of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas	and	the
same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are	true and
correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel,	seconded by
Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

N0. 10318 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 10th day of October 1966, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Emmie P1. Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to
officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties
entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1966 and held on deposit
in the Gounty Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $1877.45.
r' Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $1394.60.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;

unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

N0. 10319 CRDER TO ADVER'1'ISE FOR BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FENCING ALONG F. M. 1340 R/W
On this the 10th day of October 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authoriz-
ed to advertise for bids for construction of approximately 21,250 feet of fencing along the
right-of-way of F. M. Road 1340 in Kerr County, Texas.
Sealed bids will be received by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas, until
10:00 o'clock A.M., October 28, 1966, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and
read.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notice to be published in the official newspaper of Kerr County for two consecutive
weeks.

N0. 10320 ORDER CREATING PUBLIC LIBRARY FUND
On this the 10th day of October 1966, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Mosty, the Court unanimously approved that the Public Library Fund
be created on the books of the Treasurer and that a separate bank account be established to
handle the receipts and disbursements in the fund.

N0. 10321 OFFER TO FELIX F. KLEIN AND WIFE, NEVA KLEIN FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR F. M. ROAD

On this the 10th day of Uctober, 1966, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of compensation to be paid Felix F. Klein and wife, Neva Klein, for the convey-
ance of land required for the extension of F. M. Road 1340; and after due consideration by
the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner
Mosty, and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Felix F.
Klein and wife, Neva Klein, the sum of „6600.00 for land, damages and severance damages for
their conveyance to the State of Texas of 5.594 acres of land out of Surveys 716 and 1439,
and in addition to the cash compensation offered, Kerr County will, prior to the construc-
tion of the new roadway, construct a standard type livestock fence, including 39 inch net
wire topped by one smooth cable wire, along the east side of the right-of-way conveyed; and
It is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher
on the F. M. 1340 ROW Fund in the amount of $600.00, payable to Felix F. Klein and Neva
Klein, the said voucher to be delivered on receipt of the duly executed Right-of-Way Deed.

land required for the reconstruction of F. M. Road 783; and after due consideration by the
Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Mosty, and
unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby offers to pay Melvin H. Kott and
